My Approach

 I work with individuals who have dysregulated nervous systems. My goal is to empower them by creating personalized, body-focused toolkits that promote safe and liberating connections with their body and mind, all within a trauma-informed environment.

INTRUDOCTION

I am a late-diagnosed neurospicy millennial who loves helping people discover the power and potential of their bodies.

I was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, but nine years ago, I moved to the Netherlands. I am a body-mind practitioner with a physical practice in the Netherlands and offer my services internationally online.

I come from the world of complementary medicine. I began six years ago as a massage therapist and quickly realized the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. This insight led me to further training in therapeutic touch, trauma-informed approaches, alternative movement practices, bodywork, somato education, nervous system regulation, meditation, polyvagal theory, applied kinesiology, psilocybin microdosing, and somatic therapy. Currently, I am incorporating more body-psychotherapeutic tools into my sessions. Most of my clients are neurodivergent and/or dealing with trauma recovery and are often in some form of classic talk therapy alongside working with me.

I am a member of the Dutch professional organization Collectief Alternatieve Therapeuten. In 2023, I participated in research with the Hanze University of Applied Sciences to find better ways to communicate about somatic therapy and trauma-informed approaches.

To broaden my practice, I am currently enrolled in a two-year training program organized by the Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Centre to become a Somatic Trauma Therapist lead by Babette Rothschild.

Since 2022, I have also been volunteering for an association in Hungary that assists students from families facing financial or environmental challenges with their studies.
